چکیده
Anthocyanins are flavonoid-derived compounds that can reduce blood pressure. This study aims to determine the affinity value of compound bind Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) and II type 1 Receptor (AT1R) distance shape bond occurs. The results anthocyanin-derived Delphinidin, Petunidin, Malvidin, Cyanidin, Peonidin, Pelargonidin have anti-hypertensive potential through Renin Aldosterone (RAAS) pathway based on molecular docking calculations. each, against -7.7; -7.8; -7.8, -7.7, best in is shown Malvidin test which has three types hydrogen bonds at a ± 2 Å (ASP377, TYR520, ASP415) same as lisinopril control (TYR520). While -7.6, respectively, ligand -7.8 kcal/mol four (TYR92, SER105, ARG167, TRP84) one kind common with

Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors represent the fifth most often prescribed drugs. ACE inhibitors decrease 5-year mortality by approximately one-fifth in cardiovascular patients. Surprisingly, there are reports dating back to 1979 suggesting the existence of endogenous ACE inhibitors, which endogenous inhibitory effects are much less characterized than that for the clinically admin...

Renin angiotensin aldosterone system (RAAS) inhibitors in the prevention of early renal disease in diabetes
Diabetic nephropathy (diabetic kidney disease) is defined as a rise in urinary albumin excretion rate, often associated with an increase in blood pressure, and typically with concomitant retinopathy but without evidence of other causes of renal disease. It is characterized first by albuminuria and then by a progressive decline in glomerular filtration rate, eventually resulting in end-stage ren...
